Please be aware that you will never have to pay any customs charge. If you do receive any notice to pay a customs charge on an order from Quickcrop, let us know immediately as it may be an admin error, or possibly a scam which we have regrettably seen an increase in since the pandemic.
For all customers outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you may be liable for customs and import duties. Quickcrop accepts no responsibility for these charges, and should goods be returned due to a failure to pay charges, the value of the product ONLY will be refunded, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
